Maddie's® Spay/Neuter Project in Madison County, Alabama is a two-year spay/neuter program targeting dogs and cats belonging to residents in the 35811 zip code in the City of Huntsville and Madison County, AL. Cost of surgeries for the public range from free for low-income residents to $25 per dog or cat. Private practice veterinarians will be reimbursed between $30 and $70 per surgery depending on species and gender.
