Video Length: 39 minutes

Learn how to expand your foster program to save the even harder to place big dogs, often considered "the last 10%". This workshop will also address management of a large foster program within an ever expanding organization. See why end-of-day reports and data management are so important. You'll also learn how to handle the trouble spots: absent fosters, hoarders and non-compliant fosters. Geared to those with existing foster programs this workshop will send you home with new confidence and fresh ideas for increasing foster involvement and saving more pets. This presentation was part of the American Pets Alive! 2015 No-Kill Conference.
