Maddie's Pet Assistant: How to Log Into the Mobile Phone App

Locating your ‘Your Account Details’ email

Hello! You should receive an email within 24 hours of your adoption or initiation of foster care regarding Maddie’s Pet Assistant. The email will be entitled "Your Account Details” and will be sent to the email address you provided your affiliated animal shelter or rescue organization.

The email includes two links showing where you can download the app (circled in red below):

  • One for iPhone/iPad
  • One for Android phones

It will also include your Maddie’s Pet Assistant app log in information (circled in green below):

  • Username (Email Address)
  • Temporary password

Note: If you cannot find this email, please check your Spam Folder. If it is not there either, please contact your affiliated animal shelter or rescue organization and they can resend this email to you.

Downloading the mobile app

You can download Maddie’s Pet Assistant mobile app one of two ways:

  • By clicking on the links in the "Your Account Details” email (pictured below)
  • By going directly to App Store, for iPhone or iPad users, or Google Play, for Android users

From the App Store:

  1. Confirm that you are on the Maddie’s Pet Assistant page.
  2. Click the Cloud or Install button to download.
  3. Once the app is downloaded, click the +Open button.

From Google Play:

  1. Confirm that you are on the Maddie’s Pet Assistant page.
  2. Click the green Install button to download.
  1. Click the green Accept button.
  2. Once the app is downloaded, click the green Open button.


Logging into Maddie’s Pet Assistant

Once you’ve downloaded Maddie’s Pet Assistant, open the app. You will first see a User Login screen.

Enter the Username (Email Address) and Temporary Password from the "Your Account Details” email. Please note: Your password is case-sensitive. Type it exactly as it appears in your email.

To login, click the red Sign In button at the bottom of the screen.


Forgot your password? Or password not working?

Simply click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the Maddie’s Pet Assistant User Login screen.

A pop-up screen will appear. Enter your email address and click OK.

Within the next few minutes, you should receive an email entitled "Reset Mobile App Password.” Please use the new Username and Password provided in this email to log into the MPA mobile app.
