About Diane Blankenburg

Diane Blankenburg is the CEO and Principal Consultant for Humane Network, a national consulting organization dedicated to helping shelters improve their live-release rates for dogs and cats. She was the Community Programs and Development Director for Nevada Humane Society that helped create and maintain a community-wide live release rate of over 92%. She also co-developed and co-facilitates the online Lifesaving-Center Shelter Management Certificate Program at the University of the Pacific. Diane has over 12 years of experience in animal welfare and sheltering and 24 years in business consulting, facilitation, training, and coaching. She has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
