Shelter Comparison 

The Shelter Comparison page allows you to compare multiple shelters. The term Shelter includes adoption guarantee organizations, animal control agencies and traditional shelters, whether they have a physical structure or not. You can filter the data by Region, Median Household Income, Human Population, Annual Shelter Intake, Shelter Type, Year, State and Shelter. Intake, Adoptions and Asilomar Live Release Rates are visually depicted with horizontal bar charts for the shelters that match your search criteria.

If you experience text wrapping issues or large numbers displaying as #### characters, this may be alleviated by setting your screen resolution to a higher setting.  Alternately, you can hover over the #### characters to see the number.
