Dr. Sheila Segurson d'Arpino is board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Behaviorists. She works for Pet Behavior Care and the Center for Shelter Dogs at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, where she develops behavior programs, lectures at conferences and veterinary schools, sees behavior appointments with private clients and participates in research to improve the welfare and successful re-homing of shelter dogs.
