Memphis, Tennessee - According to Memphis authorities, 30-year-old Isaiah Bethany, an employee of Memphis Animal Services, is facing animal cruelty charges after officials found "terrible" conditions and numerous neglected dogs and puppies at his South Memphis home.Last Friday, investigators went to Bethany's East Gage home to serve a narcotics search warrant for another resident at the house. While there, they discovered horrific conditions, including nine puppies in a pen filled with feces, multiple chained dogs outside, and several dogs inside and outside the residence without access to food or water.
