About Sgt. Karl Bailey

Sgt. Karl Bailey has been a police officer for 24 years. In January of 2011 the City of Seagoville decided to move management of Animal Services from Code Enforcement to the Police Department and assigned Sgt. Bailey to manage the division. With no experience in shelter management he took the animal shelter from killing over 50 animals per month to over 97% live release rate the first year.
