The presenter guides you through the setting up of accounts, which you should be able to do on your own in just minutes after watching this session. Also addressed are communication strategies, industry standards and best practices. This program was part of the American Pets Alive! 2015 No-Kill Conference.

Melissa Miller currently serves as a community manager for Best Friends Animal Society. In her role, she manages the organization's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Prior to joining Best Friends, Melissa spent five years at Edelman, the world's largest public relations firm, working with a multitude of clients on both traditional and digital PR. She loves being able to translate the experience she garnered working on big brands to help save the lives of homeless pets in her position at Best Friends.
