Be. Spay Neuter Consulting is a new partner focused on spay/neuter expansion and workforce development.

• In 2025 joined as a partner of Maddie’s Million Pet Challenge (MMPC) and is provides follow-on consultation post-MMPC consult.
• We provided grant funding to support the Rio Grande Valley Spay-Neuter Initiative to help train veterinary surgeons as well as students and graduates entering the veterinary field:
  - The organization partners with Donna North High School Veterinary Sciences Program for student veterinary training
  - It also partners with Palm Valley Animal Society as a high-quality, high-volume (HQHVSN) spay/neuter training center
