About Monica Dangler

As a Maddie's Fund Executive Leadership Fellow at Pima Animal Care Center (PACC), Monica is spending 12 months studying to learn the nuances of leading within a government agency. Prior to PACC, she worked at Austin Pets Alive! (APA!) for 4 years as the Volunteer Manager, leading a robust volunteer program of 3,000 active volunteers. She managed the emergency volunteer effort during Hurricane Harvey in 2017, utilizing an additional 40,000 volunteer hours over the 4-week period that followed.
