My Dog Is My Home focuses on increasing access to shelter and housing for people experiencing housing insecurity with companion animals. The organization brings together nonprofit leaders, government representatives, advocates, and people with lived experience. The partnership centers on pet-inclusive housing and cross-sector collaboration.

• Support began with sponsorships and scholarships for My Dog Is My Home’s virtual Co-Sheltering Conference, which we have continued to fund annually
• Additionally, Maddie’s Fund has provided two operating support grants
• Following the success of its conferences, My Dog Is My Home expanded into regional meetings and open houses, hosting three to four open houses annually in key geographic locations
