Don Jennings has been active in nonprofit management for more than 20 years and has been working with Humane Network to support sustainable best practices for animal welfare organizations throughout the U.S. since 2015. His experience providing transition leadership and developing business and operations systems provide a unique insight on effective, grassroots efforts for growth.

Don is currently the interim Shelter Manager at Desert Haven Animal Society in Pahrump, consulting via Maddie's® Pet Project in Nevada to help DHAS deliver their mission while preparing for new leadership.
